Liberty Capital / Liberty Realty is a full-service real estate company establish in 1998.  Located in the north San Gabriel Valley, we serve the real estate needs of our surrounding communities as well as arranging financing for residential, commercial, multi-family, rehabilitation and construction projects throughout the state of California.

Broker/Owner, Greg Bondy, is a sole-proprietor and our focus is upon individual, personal service with a loyal customer base.  We do make "house calls" and we make ourselves available on an on-call, appointment basis to discuss the many aspects of the industy with our customers.  Popular topics include first time homeownership, property valuation, market conditions, financing strategies, credit analysis and repair, tax benefits and real estate property management.
